App Notifications

Lover Snap keeps you informed with essential updates and reminders through app notifications and email notifications. Here's everything you need to know:

1. How to Enable Notifications​

To ensure you receive all updates:

  • Allow notifications when prompted during app installation.
  • Or manually enable notifications:
    • Go to your iPhone Settings.
    • Navigate to Notifications > Lover Snap.
    • Toggle Allow Notifications to ON.

2. What Notifications Are Available?​

Lover Snap provides the following system notifications to enhance your experience:

  • AI Character Creation Completion: Get notified when your AI Character is ready.
  • Photo Generation Completion: Receive alerts when your virtual photos are generated.
  • New Scene Launch: Stay updated when we release new, exciting scenes.
  • Subscription Expiry Reminder: Be reminded in advance to renew your subscription.

Note: We respect your experience and will never send promotional or advertising notifications.

3. How to Disable Notifications​

If you prefer not to receive notifications:

  • Open the Lover Snap app.
  • Go to the App Menu.
  • Toggle the Notifications option to OFF.

Alternatively, manage app notifications via your iPhone's Settings.

4. Email Notifications​

Lover Snap also uses email notifications for key updates:

  • Registration Confirmation: Confirm your account after signing up.
  • Subscription Expiry: Receive a reminder about your subscription status.

We ensure these emails are limited to important updates and confirmations, keeping your inbox free of clutter.
