Cancelling Lover Snap is done through your iPhone Settings — Apple handles all App Store subscription cancellations.
How to cancel
- Open Settings on iPhone.
- Tap [Your name] at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Lover Snap.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm.
What happens after cancellation
- You keep full access to Lover Snap until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your account becomes inactive — no more generations, no more new characters.
- Your existing AI characters and generated photos are retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe.
- After 30 days, characters and photos are permanently deleted.
If you want to delete sooner
You can manually delete AI characters and individual photos from inside the app at any time, before or after cancelling. Deletion happens within 30 days of the in-app action.
Closing your account entirely
Different from cancellation. To close your account and delete all data immediately:
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”
- Confirm your account email
- We process the deletion within 7 business days
This deletes everything immediately rather than waiting for the 30-day retention window.
