Is there a free plan?
No. Lover Snap doesn't have a permanent free tier — running the AI is expensive and we don't want to be supported by ads. We do offer a 3-day free trial on the Basic plan so you can try the full experience risk-free.
What's the difference between Basic and Advanced?
Basic gives you 3,000 photos/month, 2 new AI characters/month, and 4 simultaneous generations. Advanced is for heavier users: 10,000 photos/month, 4 new characters, 12 simultaneous generations, character customization, plus Live Photos and video memories.
How does the 3-day free trial work?
You start the trial from inside the iOS app. You won't be charged for 3 days. Cancel anytime in your iPhone Settings → Subscriptions before the trial ends and you owe nothing. If you keep it, you're billed automatically on day 4.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions → Lover Snap → Cancel. Apple handles cancellations directly. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within the first 20 photos generated. After that, due to per-photo compute costs, we cannot refund. See the full refund policy for details.
What does my local currency look like?
Apple displays your local currency at checkout based on your App Store country. The prices shown here are USD list prices; actual amounts may vary slightly with foreign exchange and local tax.
Why is yearly so much cheaper than monthly?
Yearly customers commit to a year of compute upfront, which lets us plan capacity. We pass the savings through — yearly is over 50% off the equivalent monthly rate.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
