Refund Policy
The short version
Refundable within your first 20 generated photos. Not refundable once an AI character has been trained and you've generated more than 20 photos, due to per-photo compute costs. Apple App Store refunds always apply on top of this policy where required by local consumer protection law.
How to request a refund
- For App Store purchases, submit a refund request via Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
- For edge cases or special circumstances, email [email protected] with your purchase receipt and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
Why we can't always refund
Training an AI character costs us about as much as 100 generated photos in cloud compute. Once that training has happened, we've already paid the provider — refunding the subscription would put Lover Snap out of pocket. The 20-photo / pre-training threshold is our attempt to give you a real evaluation period while keeping the math honest.
Apple's role
Apple is the merchant of record for App Store subscriptions. Apple's refund decisions are final for App Store transactions. If Apple denies your refund, we cannot override that decision — but in some jurisdictions (EU, California, others) consumer protection laws may give you additional rights.
