3-day free trial — how it works

Lover Snap’s Basic plan includes a 3-day free trial so you can evaluate the full product before paying.

How to start

  1. Open Lover Snap on iPhone.
  2. Tap Settings → Plans (or Upgrade from the home screen).
  3. Tap Basic Monthly and confirm the trial in Apple’s prompt.
  4. Trial starts immediately. You have 72 hours of full Basic access.

How to cancel before the trial ends

  1. Open iPhone Settings.
  2. Tap [Your name] at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Lover Snap → Cancel Trial.
  5. Confirm.

After cancelling, you’ll keep Basic access until the trial ends. Apple won’t charge you on day 4.

What happens if I don’t cancel

On the 4th day, Apple automatically charges $9.99 USD (or your local currency equivalent) for the first month of Basic. From then on, the subscription auto-renews monthly. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

What if I’m not satisfied?

If you’ve paid (after trial) and decide it’s not for you, refunds are available within your first 20 generated photos. See the refund policy.

Do I need to enter a card to start the trial?
Yes — Apple requires a payment method on file for subscription trials. Apple won't charge until day 4 if you cancel before then.
What happens on day 4?
Apple automatically charges $9.99 for the first month of Basic (or $29.99 for the first year if you chose yearly). Apple sends an email receipt.
Can I cancel mid-trial and still use Basic?
Yes — you keep access for the remainder of the trial period even after cancelling. The cancellation just prevents the day-4 charge.
Can I get a second trial?
Apple's trial policy: one trial per Apple ID per subscription. If you've already used it, you'd need to start with a paid plan.
Does the trial include all features?
All Basic features — 3,000 photos/month, 2 AI characters, 4 simultaneous generations, all scenes. Live Photos and video memories require Advanced (no trial).
